Aqua Spas, Inc. (referred henceforth as Aqua Spas)

Terms & Conditions

We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. All transactions are processed via secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption. Orders will be charged at the time of order. For custom orders, please allow one additional week. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please be aware that personal checks slow down order processing (as they first have to clear). There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Availability

Aqua Spas makes every attempt to maintain its inventories so that our products are available for online ordering. However, products occasionally are discontinued or sold out. In such cases, we will notify you if/when such items are available to ship. We deliver orders as soon as possible.

Delivery

Items that are in stock will be shipping in 2 business days via FedEx Ground, UPS, or the U.S. Postal Service. Express Delivery is available for an additional charge.

International Orders

Our shipping rates are for mainland U.S. orders only. If you place an order to be shipped outside of the 48 mainland states, the shipping charges may be significantly higher. We will send your merchandise the best way to insure prompt delivery at a reasonable price. If the shipping is more than two times the quoted shipping charge, we will notify you by email of the charges and wait for your approval before processing your order. Please e-mail us at sales@AquaSpasInc.com if you need to make alternative shipping arrangements.

Return

We allow 30 day returns of items (Internet orders only) in their original condition, untampered, resalable, with all packaging, and any tags still attached. Items in any other condition are not returnable and will not be credited. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns past 30 days of items in their original condition, untampered, resalable, with all packaging, and any tags still attached, are subject to exchange only, and the following restocking fees:

  • 31-59 days – Exchange only, 15% restocking fee
  • 60-89 days – Exchange only, 30% restocking fee
  • 90-120 days – Exchange only, 50% restocking fee

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours. We will work with respective carrier for claim. In order to process claim, you must keep all original packaging and damaged items. We cannot process claims after 72 hours or without original packaging.
